Girls night out
So, after a girlie day of shopping at Parramatta Westfield- nik, Erika, ap and I decided to take a step further and head to the grocery store to cook for dinner.
Entrée
Pita Pizza with smoked salmon, cream cheese with a touch of cappers and pepper made by TJ along w/ AP’s special pizza w/ added sun dried tomato
Main Course
Shredded Ham with Spanish salami w/ onion, sun dried tomato, olives and cheese
w/ a Caesar salad by Erika and nik’s help with frying the beacon bits
Dessert
Chocolate fondue with strawberries and ice cream with ice magic (YUM!)

TJ on the phone and drinking her home made Lemon Lime and bitters whilst ap cant wait -cutting the yummy pizza for us to indulge in

Two of them- omigosh that first taste of the pizza was so YUM! it was like we were sooo and too FULL from the Entree but we still managed to eat this pizza it was sooo irrisistible - thanks guys for the taste of some yummy food (well the praise goes to us all equally)
